Simple ways of making animations

I remember when I wanted to make an animated video for the first time. Now, because it was really new to me, I had no idea where to start, so I wanted to do some homework and learn how I could make an animated video myself. After a lot of testing, I find out that by using animation software and applications that are very readily accessible online and are also very easy to use, I can make an animated video and 3d architecture modeling online. What I had to do was get a decent draught and a decent storyboard to come up with. What other stuff do you think I need for a decent animated video to be made?
